How do I access the Product List or Store?
The range of products along with the compete price list are listed under the "Shop" page.
You have the option to setup an account using your email address and select your own Password, this will automatically subscribe you to our mailing list for important updates. You are also able to sign up using Facebook or Google+.
What’s the minimum order amount?
The prices for our perfumes begin at R50, minimum order amount is 1 bottle. The price is dependent on the fragrance name and the quantity of the order. You can view all our fragrance names in the Shop where you can also download the complete price list.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are currently only providing our products and services within South Africa, with Johannesburg as our main base of operation and our largest market. We ship to all areas within South African borders.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
All items are checked before and after delivery, therefore we have a no return/refund policy unless the item name delivered does not match what was originally ordered or if item was damaged on arrival.
What products do you have available?
We currently have 330 fragrances within our range.
Our list of fragrances is constantly updated as more become available which means there will be much more than 330 fragrances to choose from.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on your chosen delivery method, it can take a minimum of 3 to 7 days to receive your item after the order has been paid for. Areas Outside of Gauteng may require the full time frame of 5 business days where as surrounding areas may have faster delivery times.
It has been 5 days, what now?
Speedy delivery times are subject to the chosen shipping method and stock availability. Although all items are listed on the site, some items may need to be requested from the warehouse after the order is placed, this may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive. You will however be notified upon placing your order on occasions were any delay may occur.
